A last chance for love for two elderly New Yorkers. Abe’s beloved wife has just passed away. He closes up the clock shop he’s run in the Bronx for over fifty years, retires to the City and moves in with his son and his overactive family in their apartment on Riverside Drive. Vannie’s still working to support her grown up daughter, and her wild teenage granddaughter, by serving as a nurse/companion for a sweet spirited octogenarian in the same Riverside Drive apartment. Abe and Vannie’s paths cross one day on a park bench, sparks fly, and love’s in the air, but their well intentioned off-spring don’t believe a romance between a well-to-do Jewish retiree and a hard working black domestic could be for keeps.
